We did a morning to evening Tokyo tour with Rich. He picked us up promptly as scheduled. He took us to all the main Tokyo attractions where he would drop us off and then pick us up at convenient spots. He provided suggestions in terms of places to eat as well.

Overall, not only was this a pleasant experience, my family and I found Rich very reliable, friendly, and knowledgeable. We couldn't have hoped for better service! We recommend Rich 100%!

Amazing tour guide and excursion

Oriel was extremely kind, timely, accommodating, knowledgeable, engaging and an extremely safe driver. His van was clean and well equipped. Ahead of the tour date he communicated and asked important questions. During the tour, he went above and beyond to ensure we had the best possible experience. He knows Tokyo so well he was able to take roads to avoid traffic and made sure to recommend top notch restaurants with excellent food and service with shorter lines. He treated us as if we were family visiting from out of town. It was an excellent experience for all of us. I highly recommend this tour, it is hands down on my list of top three tour experiences.

Oriol was our guide and he was simply fantastic! We are traveling as a family of six that includes teens and grandparents so i was a little worried about getting around. I was also worried that there is so much to see and do in Tokyo it became overwhelming, Oriol contacted me well in advance and talked through exactly what we wanted to see and took all the stress away.. The day itself was beyond what we could have hoped for and very much started our time in Japan in the best of ways. This really is a great way to see all the highlights of Tokyo. I especially recommend it for the beginning of your time as Orial gives great advice about Japanese culture, moving around the city, little cultural tips and lots of fun. Couldn’t recommend this more.

I wholeheartedly recommend Orial to anyone and everyone. Honestly, five stars doesn’t feel like enough. Not only was he on time and the vehicle clean and comfortable for our family of six, his ability to plan the tour, provide us with interesting historic stories and information about what we were going to see was beyond exceptional. his customer service prior to our arrival in Japan was of the highest caliber. Tokyo can be overwhelming for first timers so this was a fantastic way to hit the highlights and become familiar with the city, how it works, and how to navigate the culture as a foreigner.
