What To Expect

As soon as we arrive the sake bar, I will serve you ALL type of sake. I will sip a bit of sake together and I will tell you what I feel from each Sake.

Also, I'm going to tell you about which type of sake is good for warm, cold or room temperature and explain the meaning of what are written on the label of a bottle, which makes you understand sake type and taste much more!

I hand in a basic sake document, so you can review this whenever you like!

I give you a hint of which sake is good for eating a different type of Japanese foods.

Enjoyed an afternoon with Aki learning about sake, how varied it is and trying a lot of different kinds; pasteurized v unpasteurized, filtered and non-filtered and a sparkling variety I never knew existed.

Aki was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic. A good conversationalist and genuinely friendly guy.

I will recommend him to my friends.

Totally recommend this for travelers who love saké and want to learn more about it with Aki, great teacher. All the sake was delicious and he even gives you a packet explaining everything you need to know about the different types of sake
