Gaku, was a fantastic guide, his knowledge and willingness to share stories and provide interesting insights was first class and his English was brilliant.
The riding was enjoyable (not hard) and Gaku always ensured we were comfortable and prepared for the ride ahead. There were lots of stops at great sights and lunch from a local grocery store was delicious! This is an awesome way to see the City.

Of course, Tokyo is very dense and there's really not room for bike lanes, so this is genuine urban biking as opposed to a leisurely ride around town. Physically it wasn't too challenging, but it's not really suited for inexperienced or occasional bikers.
Gaku kept us safe and well informed. I highly recommend this tour.
