Within 24 hours after booking you'll receive a short questionnaire about your personality and interests. Based on your responses, you'll be assigned a like-minded local host. Your host will communicate with you directly to suggest an itinerary to help you discover what makes the city unique. You will also agree on a meeting time and place. Your itinerary is flexible, so during the experience, you can always change your mind about what you want to do.

Friendly and knowledgeable guide. An added benefit: our guide was French, who has lived for more than five years in Tokyo and with an excellent command of the English language. This fact made him better able to see through the eyes of a visitor. He also taught us to move through the somewhat complex train network, which helped us through the rest of the visit. Also gave us good advice on restaurants and other must-go places. We walked a lot, but it was certainly worth it. We highly recommend it.
