Overview

You will not only learn how to make mochi, but you will learn the cultural back ground of mochi in Japan. In this 3-hour course, you will make and taste at least 6 kinds of mochi dishes made from mochi flour and mochi rice. You'll get a hands-on experience of touching mochi and shaping it into various desserts. At the end of the course, you will be able to taste the Mochi with green tea or coffee. (Other fruit will be used in case strawberries are unavailable).
