Our tour guide was Yoki and he was an absolute pleasure to be around.
Viator informed us the tour would begin at our hotel at 11am but Yoki was told 9am.
So after a long flight we were awakened by a call from reception that Yoki was waiting in reception - an obvious communication error. We got ourselves ready and met Yoki who was just lovely and apologized for the error, he even allowed us some breakfast in the hotel before the tour, an absolute gentleman. If you get Yoki you will not be disappointed, his knowledge of the metro system and history is just amazing.

Kono-san went above and beyond to make sure we had a fun day filled with delicious food; multiple sites; and lots of information about Tokyo, it's history, and culture. We are grateful for such a knowledgeable guide and a great tour. Extra props for teaching us how to navigate trains/ subway and helping us find gluten free food.

This tour was a great way for us to see the parts of Tokyo we wanted to focus on. Kono-san was an informative guide who shared some insight on Japanese culture and history that was very interesting. We contacted the operator in advance and arranged pick-up from our hotel and mentioned the sites we particularly wanted to see and those we had already visited. Kono-san then suggested our itinerary and we had a mixture of walking and using the Tokyo Underground system to move from place to place. He had a great recommendation for lunch and the sushi was amazing plus he took some photos of us throughout the day which were emailed to us later to remember our trip. A good way to see and learn more about Tokyo.
Best tour and tour guide!
