Overview

This activity focuses on how to differentiate each sake type and how to appreciate them, including pairing and keeping utilizing very well selected Hokuriku(Kanazawa, Takayama, Niigata) area sakes. About 3 hours at any time available, evening recommended.

Kana is a foodie obgyn nurse born in Toyama, a land of top-notch sushi and wagyu in Kanazawa district. Her brother works at Toyama’s JA, Japan Agricultural Cooperatives where takes charge of everything in agricultural production and distribution in each prefecture. This allows her to get some very good and hard-to-get Sake, Wagyu and Seafood on demand.

Tsubasa is a Tokyo born English speaking entrepreneur who has been running sushi and tourism business in the Tsukiji and Toyosu fish market for more than 5 years.
He does have insider access to the finest fresh seafood, vegetable and fruits supply in Tokyo for which otherwise only professional chefs and dealers.
