Great cooking class in Tokyo

Megumi-sensei was a great host and a very good teacher. She took us through all the sushi items step by step and the result was beyond our expectations and 100% made by us!

The class is well-organised and written down. The group is small (ours was 4 people) and the host walks through each step to showcase and then helps the students do the same. In the end we made 5 unique sushi and two types of rolled sushi.

This was a unique experience and a highlight of our trip to Tokyo!

This class was incredibly fun! And we learned to make sushi. I expect to take all these recipes home. The instructors were patient and this class was totally hands on. Not a demonstration. This class also taught me about the culture of sushi. Not like my central Pennsylvania cooking. I highly recommend it.
